1.Acceptance
By accessing or using Hire Ready ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time — continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.Description of Service
Hire Ready lets professionals create an AI-powered chatbot that answers questions about their career experience. Users upload evidence (CV, LinkedIn, GitHub) and share a link where others can chat with their profile.
3.Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining access to your email for magic-link login.
- You must not share your account or use the Service on behalf of others without their consent.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4.Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload (CV, profile data, project descriptions, etc.). By uploading, you grant Hire Ready a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content as needed to provide the Service.
- You must only upload content you have the right to share.
- You must not upload content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or illegal.
- We do not use your content to train AI models.
5.Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your qualifications
- Attempt to access other users' data or profiles
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service in bulk
- Use the Service to spam, harass, or abuse others
- Reverse-engineer the AI system prompts or outputs
6.AI-Generated Answers
Chatbot answers are generated by AI based on your uploaded evidence. While we strive for accuracy and include citations, AI outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing your chatbot's answers before sharing your profile link. Hire Ready does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
7.Payments & Subscriptions
- Free accounts can create and test a profile chatbot. Paid plans unlock additional chat capacity and features. View plans
- Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
- You may cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of charge.
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions are honored until renewal.
8.Free Trial
New accounts may receive a 7-day free trial with full access. At the end of the trial, you must choose a paid plan to continue using premium features. No credit card is required to start a trial.
9.Intellectual Property
The Service, its design, code, branding, and documentation are owned by Interview Proxy. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by these Terms.
10.Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
11.Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
12.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hire Ready shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13.Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access immediately, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
14.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
